How much is shipping cost and delivery time to UK?
We charge a flat amount of £4.95 for delivery anywhere in the UK.This is a Flat Rate per Order which means that whether you buy one individual item or several items, we still only charge you £4.95 as long as it's all going to the same address.Generally speaking, orders received by 2pm are dispatched that day (Monday-Friday excluding holidays). Deliveries around the UK will normally take no more than 3-5 business days.We do our best to follow these guidelines, but please bear in mind that only at extremely busy times, we may take a little longer.

Will I be informed about the status of the despatch?
We will e-mail you a tracking number and courier information for your parcel as soon as we despatch from our warehouse.


Do I have to stay in all day to receive the delivery?
No, you shouldn't need to.Most of our deliveries take place between 9am and 2pm, but if you want to contact us, we can check if we can get a more accurate time for you.If you are not generally at home, you can have the order delivered to your work address as long as you're satisfied that you will receive it safely there.If you have delivery instructions for us, feel free to put them in the 'Comments' box at the Checkout and we'll do what we can to assist you. You may also contact your nearest post office if you do not receive the mail after waiting for a reasonable length of time as it might have been held in the post office if unclaimed during the initial delivery
 
Do you do International Deliveries?
Yes indeed we do take orders for delivery worldwide. As the rates can vary considerably, we always try to find the most reasonable that we can for our customers.We accept worldwide orders. Our preferred shipping methods are registered airmail /DHL/EMS and it works well - all our Customers are satisfied. Shipping cost varies depending on order volume. Average shipping cost is between £9.99 -  £16.00.Delivery time is about 10 - 14 days worldwide.

gkoo.co.uk requires that all deliveries are signed for upon receipt.
We regret that we cannot accept deliveries to P.O. Boxes.
We deliver almost anywhere in the world by secure and well-known courier partners.
Delivery charges include the cost of postal packaging and courier handling charges.
We take no responsibility for any Taxes or Duties that may be payable by the recipient in the country of destination

You may like to contact your nearest post office if you do not receive the mail after waiting for a reasonable length of time as it might have been held in the post office if unclaimed during the initial delivery.
If you have any difficulty in finding the rate for your preferred country or if you wish to check the rate, please mail us and we'll be delighted to see what we can do for you.Depending on where you wish to ship to, delivery times will vary. We do, however, try to find the most reasonable and fastest courier partners for all deliveries.
 
Important Note:
We require that all orders are signed for on delivery. It is your responsibility to make sure that someone is home to receive the order and sign for it.Our couriers will make a second attempt the next day to deliver your item if they need to. If they are unsuccessful, they will return the order to us. We must unfortunately charge you again if we need to make a re-delivery attempt as we are charged for this.Likewise, if you decide to change the address for the delivery or re-route the order after it has left us, we must charge you for this.It is very important that you contact us immediately after placing your order if you need to change any instructions such as delivery address or other comments.

Buying gifts over several different transactions or deliveries to different locations will incur additional charges for each individual delivery.

Certain items may be subject to a different shipping rate other than our standard rates. Details are provided on the product description page and again at Checkout.

gkoo.co.uk may elect to reduce or waive the cost of shipping and delivery for certain transactions or customers at the Company's discretion. 

RETRUNS POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can exchange it within 15 days of order is received. Products are returnable at customer`s expense. Customer must paying actual shipping cost for replacement items.All returns should be neatly boxed, in new condition and include a return memo indicating date or purchase, order number and reason for return.
In case if damaged merchandise is received we will ship replacement item at our cost.
Contact us using the CONTACT US FORM or email us at gkoo.co.uk@gmail.com and request a Return Authorization form via E-mail. Complete the form and return the form and the unique product item to the return address on the form. Return shipping is your responsibility.
Exchanges, swaps, or returns for credit will not be handled unless we receive the request for a Return Authorization form within 15 days after you receive the merchandise.
